With a lead that large, some Falcons players told CBS Sports that they were upset that the Saints would elect to continue to pass against them with the sole purpose of achieving the record.
“No need for that,” one Falcons player told Pete Prisco of CBS. “It came on our watch, but it didn’t have to come that way. We won’t forget it.”"
