Amazon Will Pay You Up to $15 to Shop With Its Price Check App: "Consumers are increasingly turning to mobile devices to run price comparisons while shopping in stores, and many online retailers — who, without the costs of a brick and mortar operation, are often able to offer better prices — are benefitting as a result. Amazon, looking to snatch even more sales from under other retailers’ noses, will be offering consumers a 5% discount (up to $15 for three items) for looking up an item using its Price Check App and making a purchase through Amazon instead.
